What a week? What a day? Yesterdays marked crit, it wasn't a great mark but at least it was a mark. I've read the crit sheet and taken the criticisms on board, i don't have to like them just learn from them.

Crit!
What a day! I was embarrassed to put my work on the wall today to be honest, but i'm so glad i did, how else was i going to get the feed back and advice that i desperately need to finish this masterplan assignment? I feel a lot more confident than i did yesterday morning.
I still cant sleep mind you. I lie there for a while exhausted, but my mind is so alert and raring to go i cant shut it down. So instead of lying there thinking about all the things i have to do running through my head? I get up and get on with it.
At the last crit the 'panel' suggested i looked at Copacabana as well as other areas for inspiration.
I have decided to call my site, 'Bexhill-Cabana', it has a ring to it don't you think?
I love the wave pattern on the paving. Not sure what material to use for it just yet. The promenade at Bexhill is relatively flat and i think that something like this is just what it needs to rejuvenate the sea front. This is just the foundation of my design, you'll have to wait till next time when i will show you how it all comes together.
Thought you might like to listen to a little Manilow, He calms the nerves a bit and all seems well with the world. It made me smile!

Gorgeous Grandsons!
These are just two of my gorgeous grandsons, George is on the right, he's 4. He ran up to the tree and said, "Take my photo", his little brother, Oliver is 3. Nice feet George!! They have a Big sister, Isabel whose 6 and apparently not into hugging trees! I am a very proud Grand ma (still far too young though to be called that by the way!)
